|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — A really lovely community. The apartments are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The staff are wonderful. The clubhouse and the pool are awesome. It is easy to get to from anywhere in Columbus, but feels like it is a world apart which is nice .

|Recommended: YesProfessional, quiet, and polite — Great quiet community with relaxing environment. The maintenance may have been a little slower than what I am used to, but they acted professional.

|Recommended: YesLoving Southern Living at Swallowtail — Living at Swallowtail Flats is like living on our own little piece of paradise away from the city. Although it's very accessible to Veteran's parkway and interstate entrances, the community itself is far away enough to have the peaceful atmosphere of country living. We truly love living here and are thankful to call this place home.

Not to mention James and chase are doing an awesome job keeping this huge property up — All my friends and family love Swallowtail Falts at Old Town. they feel like we have everything we need on the property. Yes it's a beautiful place to call home. If you're new to the area or you just wanna reside in a beautiful place. Come check out the friendly staff at Swallowtail Flats at Old Town. Jasmine will be waiting with a big beautiful smile.
