|Recommended: YesNice apartments to reside — The overall complex is beautiful besides the cigarette butts and dog poo that is left by the lazy and noncompliant tenants. It’s a great area to walk around with children and or pets. Although, I am surprised they do not have a playground but have a good sized dog park. They have a swing by the lake and a see-saw. The parking NEEDS to be improved. People have garages for storage, but it would be nice if they would at least park in front of their garage to free up space. It would be incredibly helpful especially for the people who live on the third floor who need to bring up groceries but have to park in front of another building. The office staff is very friendly. We have had some issues with maintenance in the apartment shower drain , but no issues with the maintenance staff. It is overall a nice place to live and would recommend to others.

|Recommended: YesI LOVE WHERE I LIVE I cannot say enough good things about Swallowtail Flats I have lived here for over a year now and am so happy I chose Swallowtail Flats as my home The staff is AMAZING Niki and the whole crew in the leasing office are warm, attentive, professional, and you can't help love going to get your mail and just stop in to say hello as all of them will greet you with smiles and good conversation. The property is beautiful and well maintained. They keep you updated on events, changes, maintenance, etc. They do some fun things for every season and if you have children they would really enjoy the clubhouse adults too and the fun, colorful decor cannot help but make you smile. They have a great gym which has everything you will need to get a good workout and the view of the pool inspires you to go a little harder on that workout lol . Anytime I have needed maintenance they are quick to respond and the workers are thorough and professional. Worth the money

|Recommended: YesMost beautiful place I’ve lived in, and friendliest staff. — I’ve lived at Swallowtail for just under a year, and I’ve waited to write a review to give my full experience. By far, this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. First, the staff knows everyone by name. They are very quick to respond to any calls maintenance requests lock-outs. It truly has felt like I’m home, both inside my apartment and even around the neighborhood. Neighbors are lovely, Morten’s is a wonderful local restaurant, and Clean Eatz has been our go-to lunch spot. You can’t beat the location, with the gym less than 5 mins away, and the beautiful views of the houses coming in out of Old town. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Clean, friendly, beautiful...Highly recommend.

|Recommended: YesMy wife and I lived here for one year June 19 to 20 , and it was by far our best apartment living experience to date. The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible, and quick to respond to resident requests. The amenities are generous and well-maintained, the package service is quick and convenient, and management is eager to help and never manufactures reasons to nickel-and-dime you.
Our apartment itself was beautiful, and although we might have heard a thump or two from upstairs every once in a rare while, there wasn't a peep through the walls from the adjacent apartments-- making them the quietest units we've ever lived in.
As for location, Old Town is situated perfectly for convenience while still feeling removed from any traffic or bustle. Overall, we could not have been happier with our home. Highly recommended P.S. Our dog loved it too

We have lived here a full year, and there is not a nicer, more well taken care of neighborhood in all of Columbus. I'm not sure where to begin, everything about the complex is absolutely perfect. I've always wanted to live here and now I have the opportunity. The area is so clean and so quiet. The area is located just off a busy parkway, however you never hear the sounds of the streets. Upon moving in my apartment the cleanliness was not up to par, management was immediately called and the cleaners were notified within 20 minutes the cleaners were there to straighten up and I was immediately compensated. I thought to myself WOW They saw the problem and quickly reacted to provide a phenomenal customer experience. The next day we had an issue with the dryer and Noah in the front office quickly came to our rescue without us asking he fixed the issue. Thanks Noah

|Recommended: YesExcellent property — The apartments are quite new, and the interior and exterior quality is excellent. The office staff has always been helpful, and any maintenance items that have come up have been addressed quickly usually same-day . The area is extremely pet-friendly, with two dog parks and numerous pickup locations for pet waste. It also has a first-rate pool area with free to use gas grills. All in all, it was a great place to live.
