Are you a gated community?
Because we have commercial buildings onsite we are unable to be gated.
Can I opt out of the frills package?
The frills package is mandatory and cannot be opted out of.
Do you accept large dogs?
Our Community does not have a weight restriction, however, we do have breed restrictions. All pets must pass the pet screening process.
Do you accept Section 8 / Housing vouchers?

Firstly, we require that your monthly income be at least three times the amount of the rent.
